In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Company's board committees:
Remuneration and nominations committee:
- Prof Alex Watson has been appointed as a member of the remunerations and
nominations committee with effect from 3 February 2020.
Social, ethics and transformation committee:
- Ms Mary-Anne Musekiwa and Ms Madichaba Nhlumayo have been appointed as
members of the social, ethics and transformation committee with effect from
3 February 2020.
