CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange ("JSE"), shareholders are advised that Mr Morris Zack ("Morris") has notified the
Board of his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with effect from 28 February
2020.
The Board thanks Morris for his service to the Group and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
The Group will commence with the process of appointing a new CFO and shareholders will
be advised once an appointment has been made.
