CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Metair
shareholders ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that, as a result of Ms PPJ Derby's recent
appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer of Transnet SOC Limited, Ms Derby has tendered
her resignation as an independent non-executive director of the Company, and consequently, her
position as chairperson of Metair's social and ethics committee and a member of Metair's
investment committee and remuneration committee, with immediate effect.
The board of directors of Metair would like to express its gratitude to Ms Derby for her valuable
contribution to the Company during her tenure.
