DEALING IN SECURITIES
Further to the announcement dated 13 December 2019 relating to the
decision by Mr J Halamandres to settle a loan obligation with Famous
Brands securities, shareholders are advised of the following in
compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited ("JSE"):

Class of securities: Ordinary shares
Nature of transactions: Off-market sale of shares
Date of transaction: 4 February 2020
Number of securities: 300 000
Price per security: R102.20
Transaction value: R30 660 000.00
Nature and extent of director's Direct beneficial
interest:
The loan obligation, which is in terms of a loan agreement entered
into between the director and an independent third party financial
institution, is disclosed as required by the JSE Listings Requirements
when the director elects to make settlement to the financial
institution with Famous Brands securities in accordance with the terms
of that loan.
The prior approval of the Chairman for the above transaction was
obtained.
