CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange ("JSE"), shareholders are advised that Mr Sandeepkumar ("Sandeep") Vassan
Makan will join the Board as Financial Director with effect from 10 February 2020.
Sandeep is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Management Global
Accountant ("CGMA") with 19 years of financial management and reporting experience
across various industries.
The Board of Directors welcomes Mr Makan to the Board and looks forward to working
with him as part of the executive team.
