Voluntary announcement: Appointment of Managing Director at Huge
Connect
Keven Sinclair has been appointed as the Managing Director of Huge
Connect Proprietary Limited (Huge Connect), with effect from 1 March
2020.
Keven has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and he has more
than 30 years' experience in the telecommunication industry. Keven was a
founding member of ConnectNet in 2004, and has been a board member of,
and a senior executive in the business, holding roles as New Business
Development Director and Commercial Director since founding.
Keven's appointment has the full support of the entire Huge Connect
Executive, the Huge Group Executive and the Huge Group Board.
Shareholders are advised that Andre Lessing, who recently stepped
back from his role as Managing director due to medical reasons, has
resigned from Huge Connect in order to focus completely on his recovery.
His resignation will be effective from 31 May 2020. The entire team at
Huge wish him well on his road to recovery.
