CHANGES TO THE GPI BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr. Colin Priem ("Mr Priem")
has decided to step down as Group chief financial officer of the Company, with effect from
31 March 2020. Mr. Jayson October ("Mr October"), the current deputy chief financial officer
of the Company, has been appointed as the Group chief financial officer with effect from
1 April 2020.
Mr. October holds the qualifications BCompt (Hons), CA(SA). He has over 14 years
professional experience including serving as Group management accountant, Group
financial manager, and deputy chief financial officer during his time with the Company. Prior
to joining GPI, Mr. October served as an audit supervisor at Mazars.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Priem for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well as he continues to pursue his academic interests in finance.
