Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement(s) dated 8 March 2019,
most recently renewed in the trading update released on Wednesday 29 January 2020
and are advised that, as the reasons for that cautionary announcement have ceased
to have any relevance to, or effect on, the company, the cautionary announcement is
withdrawn.
NEW CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the company has entered into negotiations with regards
to the potential sale of Tongaat Hulett Starch, a division of Tongaat Hulett which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company's
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
the company's securities until a further announcement is made.
