CHANGE TO BOARD - RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") wherein shareholders were
advised that Mr AJ Phillips would not avail himself for re-election at enX's AGM held on Wednesday,
12 February 2020.
Accordingly, and in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr AJ Phillips has resigned as a director of enX with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Phillips for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
