RECEIPT OF APPLICATION FOR PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Moore Stephens Inc. ("Moore Stephens"), the previous auditors
of PL Group, have served separate applications for the provisional liquidation ("liquidation
applications") on the Company, Pembury Schools (Pty) Ltd, PLG Retirement Villages (Pty) Ltd
and PLG Properties (Pty) Ltd.
PL Group will be opposing these liquidation applications as it is disputing the fees charged by
Moore Stephens in respect of the audit of the Group for the financial year ended
31 December 2018. The Board will, however, also be attempting to settle the matter
amicably.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a further announcement is made.
