Directors of AfroCentric ("the Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Tim Rametse has
resigned as Executive Director of AfroCentric Health Proprietary Limited and Medscheme
Holdings Proprietary Limited with effect from 29 February 2020.
The Board would like to extend its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr Rametse for his
contribution to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
