RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors ("the
Board") hereby advises shareholders that Professor Jonathan Jansen (Chairperson of the TSEC
Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee) will be retiring by rotation at the upcoming
Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2020. Professor Jansen who has served on the Board for
15 years has indicated that he has made the decision to retire in light of the recommendations of King
IV on tenure and in the spirit of good corporate governance.
The Board would like to thank Professor Jansen for his invaluable contribution and wishes him well in
his future endeavours.
