CHANGE IN SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF ALEXANDER FORBES SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and section 122 of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the Act), shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset Managers
Proprietary Limited has formally notified the Company that its total interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company has increased from 3.44% to 7.24%.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
