CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Leon Kok will step down from the board of directors and as financial
director of Redefine on 1 September 2020 and assume the role of chief operating officer when
incumbent David Rice retires on 31 August 2020. In the interim, Leon will continue in his current role
as the financial director responsible for all aspects of finance, legal, information technology, human
resources and regulatory compliance and support the chief executive officer's office in corporate
activities.
Redefine will commence with the recruitment process of a new financial director in due course.
