In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
the contract between SA Corporate and Luvivi Proprietary Limited ("Luvivi") for the provision of
company secretarial services is expiring on 12 May 2020 and will not be renewed by SA Corporate.
Shareholders are further advised that SA Corporate has appointed Solid Core Statutory Services
Proprietary Limited, represented by Tasja Kodde, as the company secretary to SA Corporate with
immediate effect.
