APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
The board of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that
Mrs. Kim Pfaff-Karg ("Mrs. Pfaff-Karg") has been appointed as chief investment officer of the
Company with effect from 1 March 2020.
Mrs. Pfaff-Karg holds a BSc (Hons) and is a member and a registered valuer of the Royal
Institute of Chartered Surveyors. She has over 15 years' experience in the listed and unlisted
real estate sector.
Mrs. Pfaff-Karg will perform a strategic role across the business with a focus on acquisition,
disposals, portfolio valuations and other corporate business requirements.
The Board welcomes Mrs. Pfaff-Karg and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
