CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited's Listings Requirements, Afrimat shareholders are
hereby advised that Mrs Mariette Swart's role in the Afrimat group has changed whereby she will be
more involved in new business development. Due to this change, she has resigned as Company
Secretary of Afrimat with effect from 19 February 2020.
Mrs Catharine Burger ("Catharine"), a qualified CA(SA) has been appointed as Company Secretary with
effect from 20 February 2020.
The Board is satisfied that Catharine has the competence, experience and skills to fulfil the role.
