RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr Mark Harris has resigned
as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 19 February 2020.
Pepkor is appreciative of the positive contribution made by Mark during his time as a director
and wishes him well.
