RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
of the resignation of Mr Malungelo Headman Zilimbola as an alternate non-executive director
to the Hulisani board, effective 1 March 2020. Mr Zilimbola was an alternate non-executive
director to Mr Asanda Notshe.
The Company thanks Mr Zilimbola for his contribution to the group and wishes him well with
his future ventures.
