RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the GAIA
board of directors ("the Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Ms Prudence Lebina has
resigned as an executive director, Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Interim Finance
Director ("FD") of the Company with effect from 31 May 2020.
The Board thanks Ms Lebina for her dedication and immense contribution during her tenure
at GAIA and wishes her success in her future endeavours.
An announcement regarding the appointment of a new CEO and FD will be made in due
course.
