CHANGE TO THE KAAP AGRI SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company wishes to advise that Dr. Wynoma Chantal Michaels has stepped
down as a member of its social and ethics committee with effect from 21 February 2020. Dr.
Michaels will continue to serve as an independent non-executive director on the board.
