WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Company's cautionary announcement released on SENS on
4 December 2019, the further cautionary announcement released on SENS on
21 January 2020 and the Company's detailed terms announcement released on SENS on
19 February 2020 ("Initial Announcements") regarding the proposed disposal of the
Company's (i) shares it holds in Burger King (South Africa) RF Proprietary Limited and (ii)
shares it holds in Grand Foods Meat Plant Proprietary Limited, to ECP Africa Fund IV LLC
("Disposal").
As the terms of the Disposal have now been announced, the Company advises that the
cautionary announcement and renewal thereof under the Initial Announcements, are hereby
withdrawn and that, accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders
when dealing in the Company's securities.
