CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Metair
shareholders are hereby advised that, Mr SG Pretorius, an independent non-executive director
and chairman of the Company, shall retire from the board of directors of Metair ("Board") at the
annual general meeting ("AGM"), which is expected to be held in May 2021.
Mr Pretorius was expected to retire from the Board at the upcoming AGM to be held on or about
5 May 2020 ("2020 AGM"), however, at the Board's request, Mr Pretorius will remain a director
and chairman of the Company for an additional year, subject to his re-election at the 2020 AGM.
