UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
The board of Stefanutti Stocks hereby provides shareholders with an update on the Funding Plan as
reported in the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Results of Stefanutti Stocks for the 6 months
ended 31 August 2019 ("the Results").
Shareholders are advised that its primary banker and guarantee providers (the Lenders) have
provided the group with additional secured short-term funding amounting to R77,9 million on
25 February 2020. As outlined in the Results, the group remains in discussions with the Lenders to
explore and evaluate longer term cost effective funding solutions.
