RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr Njabulo Mthembu and Ms Shelley Thomas have resigned as Independent Non-
executive directors of the Company with immediate effect.
The resignations will result in vacancies on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Board will
immediately commence with the process of identifying suitable candidates to fill these
vacancies in order to ensure that the Committee is correctly constituted.
