Resignation of Executive Director

of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr.
Thapelo Petje has resigned as an Executive Director with effect
from 29 February 2020.
The Board thanks Mr Petje for his many years of service to the
company, and wishes him well in pursuing his private interests.
