PRE-CLOSING UPDATE
We are pleased to report that Cartrack has surpassed 1 125 000 active subscribers during the month
of February, with net subscriber growth for the year in excess of 164 000 (78 172 HY1 2020 vs over 86
000 HY2 2020).
Subscription revenue, earnings and cash generation are also expected to be consistent with
management expectations.
Cartrack is a leading global Software-as-a-Service provider of intelligent mobility solutions to both
fleets and consumers.
Annual Results
Cartrack will publish its financial year 2020 results on 13 May 2020.
