Shareholders are advised that Brait has received notification from Kagiso Asset Management (Pty) Ltd ("Kagiso") of
the acquisition by Kagiso of Brait shares on behalf of its segregated clients, such that Kagiso's total interest in the
Company is now in excess of 5% of Brait's ordinary shares.
