APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that, further to the announcement released on SENS on 1 November 2019,
Ms Ashleigh Egan has been appointed as company secretary, with effect from 1 March 2020.
Ashleigh joined Resilient in 2013 and has performed the function of assistant company secretary.
Ashleigh is currently completing her Chartered Secretary qualification at Wits University and
will finalise her NQF7 qualification in 2021.
