In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Omnia wishes to advise
shareholders that it has appointed Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors Proprietary Limited ("Java Capital")
as sponsor to the Company, replacing Merchantec Capital with effect from 1 March 2020.
Omnia thanks Merchantec Capital for the services rendered over the past 6 years and looks forward to
working with Java Capital.
