NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"),
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that SA Corporate has received formal notification
from the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited ("PIC") of an acquisition by PIC of SA Corporate
ordinary shares, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by PIC now
amounts to 20.030% of SA Corporate's total issued ordinary shares.
SA Corporate has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
