In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, PL Group
shareholders are advised that the Company Secretary, Arbor Capital Company Secretarial,
has resigned and waived its one-month notice period, which waiver is subject to certain
conditions.
The Company has appointed Acorim Proprietary Limited as Company Secretary with effect
from 2 March 2020.
