In accordance with paragraph 2.6 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, PL Group
shareholders are advised that Arbor Capital Sponsors has resigned as Designated Advisor
and waived its one-month notice period, which waiver is subject to certain conditions.
The Company has appointed Merchantec Proprietary Limited as its Designated Advisor with
immediate effect.
