CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Sebata ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Khanyisile Moses, an executive director of the
Company, will assume the role of non-executive director with effect from 3 March 2020.
The Board looks forward to her continued contribution to the Company.
