Appointment of Company Secretary
Further to the SENS announcement dated 2 August 2019 and in terms of
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders are
advised that Kilgetty Statutory Services (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited,
having fulfilled the role as interim company secretary to the Company, has now
been appointed as permanent company secretary of Spur Corporation with effect
from 1 March 2020.
