CHANGES TO THE FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors of Santam Limited ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr MP
Fandeso has been appointed as Lead Independent Director with effect from 4 March 2020. Mr
Fandeso was appointed to the Board on 15 January 2020.
Shareholders are also advised that Mr MJ Reyneke has been appointed as chairperson of the
Company's Investment Committee with effect from 4 March 2020.
