RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise shareholders of the following
changes to the Board and the Taste board committees, which changes are effective from
6 March 2020:
Mr. Adrian Maizey ("Adrian") has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company. In
addition, Adrian also resigned as chairman and member of the social, ethics and
transformation committee, as well as a member of both the remuneration committee and the
nomination committee, respectively.
Mr. Tyrone Moodley ("Tyrone") has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company.
The Board would like to thank Adrian and Tyrone for their valuable contribution to the
Company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
