CHANGE TO THE BOARD - APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Pembury ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Roger Pitt has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director and as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company
with effect from 10 March 2020.
Roger is a chartered accountant, with a B.Com (Hons)(Accounting) degree from the University of
Johannesburg. After completing his articles, Roger moved into corporate finance where he gained broad
experience in the full scope of corporate actions. Thereafter, Roger acquired and ran an import and
distribution business within the retail industry while continuing to serve as an independent non-executive
director of various listed and private companies.
The Board welcomes Roger on to the board of Pembury and looks forward to his contribution.
