RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Isiah
Kaizer Moyane has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2020.
The Sygnia board expresses its sincere thanks to Mr Moyane for his services to the Company over the past
four and a half years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
