CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that Khalid Abdulla has resigned as a
director of the Company with effect from 12 March 2020.
The Board is happy to note that Khalid Abdulla has taken up another role
within the group as Deputy Executive Chairman of AYO Technology Solutions
Limited to focus on their acquisition strategy.
The Board wishes to thank Khalid Abdulla for his 10-year tenure as a Director
of the Company and Group. The Board further wishes to thank Khalid Abdulla
for his success with the Company and achieving his Vision 2020 Vision for
the Group, which includes driving the listing of the company during 2017.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to wish Khalid Abdulla all of
the very best and success going forward in his new role.
