DISCLOSURE OF SECURITIES HELD BY ALLAN GRAY PROPRIETARY LIMITED ("ALLAN GRAY")
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
in accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form
from Allan Gray advising that the total of all beneficial interests held by the clients of Allan
Gray in the securities of the Company amount to 30.4678% of the total issued ordinary shares
of the Company.
The crossing of the relevant 5% threshold is mainly as a result of the fact that the Company
had recently repurchased, cancelled and de-listed 97 000 000 of its issued ordinary shares.
