that Exxaro's reviewed condensed group annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019

In terms of section 7.6 (c) of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, investors are advised that
the issuer has re-presented the previous year's annual financial statements as a result of its investment in
Black Mountain being classified as a discontinued operation. Please refer to note numbers 2.3 and 6 in the
notes to the reviewed condensed group annual financial statements.
