UPDATE ON PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TRANSACTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 5 September 2019 regarding the potential
acquisition of 70% of a seeds and genetics business, known as Knuckle Genetics.
The Company advises that it is still in discussions with the parties. However, it is unlikely this will result
in an acquisition but rather a strategic relationship or consultancy arrangement.
