NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Afrox shareholders are advised that the Company has
received a notification that Coronation Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited, on behalf of its clients
(“Coronation”) has disposed of a beneficial interest in Afrox securities (“Disposal”).
Following the Disposal, Coronation now holds 14.60% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
