In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
the Company has received formal notification from Newshelf 702 (Pty) Ltd, who have notified
Clientele that they have acquired a direct beneficial interest of 0.14% of the total issued
shares of Clientele during the period 2 March 2020 to 16 March 2020.
Newshelf 702 (Pty) Ltd total direct beneficial interest in the Company now amounts to
30.09% of the total issued shares.
