CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings requirements, HCI shareholders are
advised that the following change has been made to the composition of the HCI Board of
Directors:
We welcome Laurelle McDonald to the board as a non-executive director of the company with
immediate effect. Laurelle is the Chief Financial Officer of Tsogo Sun Holdings Limited (“THL”).
Laurelle served her articles at Grant Thornton and joined Gold Reef Resorts as Assistant
Financial Manager at Silverstar Casino in 2007. She was appointed as the Group Financial
Manager and the Company Secretary of Gold Reef Resorts. After the acquisition of Gold Reef
Resorts by Tsogo Sun, Laurelle was appointed Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager of
Tsogo Sun. She was appointed Chief Financial Officer of THL upon its unbundling from the Tsogo
Sun Group.
We wish Laurelle well in her new position.
