DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES IN MTN GROUP
MTN Group has, on 23 March 2020, received a notification of disclosure of a disposal of a beneficial
interest from M1 Limited advising that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in securities of MTN
Group, such that the total of all beneficial interests held by the M1 Limited is now 7.16% of the issued
ordinary share capital of MTN Group. This disclosure is in terms of section 122 of the Companies Act
71 of 2008, as amended and Regulation 121 of the Companies Regulations, 2011 and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
