DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 as amended ("the Act")
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised
that ADvTECH has received formal notification in the prescribed form from Coronation Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd ("CAM"), on behalf of its clients, has reduced its interest in securities of
ADvTECH such that the total interest in the securities of ADvTECH held by CAM on behalf of its
clients collectively amounts to 19.94% (previously 20.16%) of the total issued securities of that class
in the ordinary share capital of ADvTECH.
