CANCELLATION AND DELISTING OF 18 245 058 BARLOWORLD ORDINARY SHARES
The Company wishes to announce the cancellation and delisting of
18 245 058 ordinary shares.
These shares were acquired as part of a general repurchase by the
Company in terms of the general authority to repurchase shares approved
by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meetings held
on 14 February 2019 and 12 February 2020 respectively.
Following the cancellation, the issued share capital of the Company will
now comprise 201 025 646 ordinary shares of R0,05 cent each.
