CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors (“Board”) of New Frontier is pleased to advise that Mr Ali Akbar Ahsan has been appointed as
a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 30 March 2020.
Mr Ahsan has over 15 years of investment banking, capital markets and private equity experience. He is the co-founder
and COO at Storfund and a non-executive director of Destiny Corporation Energy South Africa. Mr Ahsan has extensive
experience across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa and has raised over US$30bn for clients during his career.
His real estate experience includes structuring and financing £1.5bn in equity and debt for London Bridge Quarter and
advising on restructuring over £800mn of real estate portfolios across the UK and Europe.
The Board welcomes Mr Ahsan and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
New Frontier holds primary listings on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and the
Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”).
